Hello you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes. Take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food. To reduce tummy, lie down on flat surface raise your legs with out bending your knees, do it for 3- 5 times.
