My hair have been falling for two years it has become very thin. I dont use oil and neither eat vegetables. Can this be the cause of it. Please give suggestions for keeping what's left of my hair.

Hello, it might be the cause. But at the same time, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, anaemia. For prevention follow below mentioned tips. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, egg, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin c rich foods to your diet avoid stress and anger. For medicine consult privately.
