Hi lybrate-user,
To stop hair fall use triphla powder mixed with curd apply on your scalp, at least thrice a week. Second you can use either onion juice or fenugreek paste on your scalp, start taking saptamrit lauh 2 tab bd with water after meal. Mahabhringraj oil for local application, apply on your scalp with the help of finger tips, do it twice a day.
Include at least 50 gm paneer daily in your diet
drink plenty amount of water at least 10--12 glasses per day.
Last but not the least check your thyroid profile as it may be the reason of hair fall.

Dear lybrate user avoid shampoos and perfumed oils use shika powder to wash hair and pure oils for massaging ,since hairfall has many internal causes from hormones to genes but on the top your constitution which needs an internal medicinal treatment for cure,also eat more vegetables and whole fruits ,drink plenty of water also have protein rich diet
