I am 26 years old boy working in a textile mill as an engineer at Nagpur Maharashtra. My weight is 65 Kg constant. I was having pimples problem from college days, which has been removed after a Long medical treatment. But it has left some marks on my face. Also glow of face has dimmed. Secondly, nowadays my hair fall has risen to a large extent. Hair strength and density has reduced. I read online some stuff suggesting to include EGGS, SALMON FISH, WALNUT, TOMATOES, SPINACH in my daily Diet, so that both of these problem will be covered. So please give me a precious advise from your side, to follow the same or anything else, if same, then what exact quantity (pls tell in number i.e. 1 egg or 2 egg daily as in gram I will not get) should I consume on daily basis. Please emphasise on Hair Loss. Strongly waiting for a healthful advice.

Hello lybrate-user for glow on your face you can go forward with chemical peels and for your hair fall as one egg contains 6.2 gm of protein and protein requirement is 0.8 gm/kg so you need to take 3 to 4 egg whites as rest of protein can get from other food which you have daily and apart from eggs you can eat soyabean, sprouts,paneer, tofu which are great source of protein.
