Hello before leaving for gym it would be good if you could have a fruit like a banana or apple or some mixed fruit since you need some energy to perform. After an overnight fast early morning to your sugar levels are at a low, so if you go empty stomach you may get fatigued easily. Also you need to have adequate amount of water too to avoid dehydration esp in summer months. If you have a gap of about an hour you could take a glass of milk and a fruit. Post workout you again need to take some protein based food- could be a milkshake or a sandwich with egg or paneer. If you have breakfast immediately it's fine or you could just have this snack followed by breakfast a little later.
