I forget things, feelings are disappearing in my life, lake of happiness/sadness/attraction/interest. But I don't have that much stress and I don't drink alcohol/smoke. Unless it's more than 1 month. What to do?

Dear lybrate-user, You are having depressive symptom currently. You do not need stress for depression to occur. Depression also occur in hypothyroidism, vit b12 and vit D3 deficiency. Get your thyroid test done first. We will plan to start antidepressant medication once we talk to you. You can start brisk walking in morning, maintain your sleep and wakeup time and get yourself involved in small projects like learning new musical instrument or any thing which you like.
