Hello lybrate-user, I am so sorry to hear that all your family members are feeling under the weather. I will try to help you out. It seems your hudband has outgrown his fever now. I would definitely recommend you to pay a visit to a pediatrician to get your kids checked for what seems like a viral infection. Meanwhile you must practice strict hygienic habits in your house like frequent hand washing, using fresh linen and towels everytime and be hydrated at all times. Similarly, make it a habit to keep your kids hydrated at regular intervals, do cold sponging more often and take pediatric medications just as prescribed. Start building immunity by having fresh fruits, veggie soups, proteins like mixed lentils (dal) and soyabean/animal proteins. You'd worry nevertheless but I'm sure you'll all be fine in no time. Do write to me regarding what your pediatrician recommends for your kids.
