I am having pain (uneasiness) in joints of hips, thighs, knees and ankles while sitting down and climbing stairs. What should I take / do to have a free movements? Please suggest me natural / ayurvedic / exercise as treatment.

You need to undergo abyanga, patrapotali swedna & vasthi at a panchakarma centre near you. Also start having milk boiled to half quantity with garlic. That will be a great help. Have light meals. Try to have good motions.

Dear Lybrate user, do warm foamentation to get relief from pain. Exercises are stretching and strengthening exercises in a stable posture as lying down or sitting. For time being avoid stair climbing.
