Since you are suffering from Amavata at such an age, it is easy to treat but dietary precautions need to be taken. Go for vaman karma & vaitaran vasthi at a panchakarma centre near u. It will be easier to manage. In food only take light foods. Npo heavy foods, no junk food, no processed foods. Avoid dairy products & fats. Absolute control on fruits & tea/ coffee etc.
