Lower leg pain and thy and back pain for the last 3-4 months. Is this a sciatica pain Pls. Tell me the best medicine for this pain.

Yes, most likely to be sciatica. Lie downin bed and try to raise your leg, one at a time, straight without folding at knee and see how far you can raise it. Normally you should be able to raise as near as 90 degree but if not the restriction tells the severity of the pinching of nerve roots in the intervertebral discs. Do not sleep in soft sagging thick mattresses. Do not bend forward suddenly to lift things from the floor. Do not lift heavy objects from front. Do regular back bending exercises. Do not alliw your weight to increase beyond this level.
