Why do I have craving of sugar aftr meals I am 23nd on regular gymming I lost 34 kgs nd I drink coffee, tea without sugar I crave too much aftr meals before 1or 2 years I checked my sugar tst it ws normal wat should I do.

Dear user craving for sugar is not abnormal. Restriction for sugar in daily diet where its necessary may be the reason in you to provoke its craving. It will be better if you do add little sugar in you tea coffee. it will help you out.

Good that you lost a lot of weight. Sugar cravings are normal. You are fine. Not to worry. Keep some almonds + raisins handy .. take them. Or try saunf. Or brush your teeth and go to sleep. You can also take fruits. Keep trying different things. Also enjoy sweets sometimes. its okay.
