I am 24 yrs male sometimes (once in 3 months or so) have very bad pain in my testicles what happens is my both testicles got up-down (misalign, I get relieve of this pain only after I lay down for 3, 4hours in suitable position reason I found is what I feel whenever I don't masturbate for longer span of 10, 14days & I have foreplay with girl kindly do the needful suggestion.
