Hello doctor. 34 weeks pregnant. . Today I feel pain like periods pain in my stomach , back pain and legs pain . Can you tell me is my labour near?

With the above symptoms we cannot say whether it is your labour pains going to start.Labour pain will start as back pain slowly extending around your tummy with intermittent pain and of increasing intensity.it may be associated with mucous discharge from the vagina which will become blood tinged when your cervix starts dilating.
