I am having problem in digestion. I am having semi solid and loose stools from almost a month. They are not frequent, once in morning but they are not proper I mean like normal, dey are loose, even I am eating very light and non spicy food den also it's happening. I use to drink alot of water in morning n after that I eat bananas and milk and den lunch, I don't know which part of ma digestive system is creating problem. When I drank milk tea it creates a lot of gas in ma stomach, so I stopped that, ma gas problem z overcome but this is not goin, please suggest me something very helpful.
