Hi , I have this problem with my penis for last 2 years ,it become red and sore every time I do sex and masturbate , I can see red blisters on it , tried consulting lot of doctors, they only give an antibiotics and some cream to apply, the soreness and red blisters goes away after apply cream but again comes back after few weeks , I am feed up with this , is there any permanent solution for this, Plzz help,
