Someone suggested me to include flax seeds to my diet, there are so many products in the market. Which one should I buy. The oil processed from the seeds or the whole seed or anything else?

Hi, m. R vignesh flax seeds are good for health as they are the richest source of omega3 fatty acid on this planet. They are helpful in the weight loss, hair, skin and helps to cure many diseases. Flax seeds contain 27% fiber which helps in the proper digestion. It also protects against the diabetes.
