I'm going to gym and trying out body building for good fitness and body shape. But I hit gym by 7 AM and feeling very weak during workout. Gym trainer is suggesting whey protein supplement. Is it good for health or would it lead to any side effects in future? Please suggest a good meal plan so that I can do workout everyday for 1 hour or more. PS: I haven't gone under any medication. No allergies. No health issues. Age 24, Male, 70 kg, 5.5"

for body building n strenthing include high protien food in ur diet like soyabean n its products milk n milk products. .. in lunch n dinner firstly take curd den dal sbji rice salad n Roti ....
