Sir ye btaye ki diabetes waalo ko kon kon si vegetables salad m leni chahiye or kis trh use krke. And Vegetables salad ko kis trh se interesting & testy bna skte h.or kis tym vegetable's salad khana thik rhega diabetes waalo k liye. Or kya hm vegetable's salad m flaxseed use kr skte h.or agar kar skte h to kis trh k flaxseeds. Like raw flaxseeds, roasted flaxseeds etc. And kya diabetes patient k liye flaxseeds good hote h. Kis trh hm flaxseeds ko apni daily routine m use kar skte h? please tell me. I really very needed your suggestions.

Hi, flax seeds ko aap roasted an powdered form mein use kijiye. roti me aate mein mix karo, chaas, raita, salad mein upar se sprinkle kar ke use karo. salads diabetics ke liye bahut hi fayedemand hote hain. khaana khana ke 15 min pehle aap salad khaiye. saare vegetables ache hain. 1 med katori har meal ke pehle. aalo kachalu, beet ki kam use kariye.

You can take any vegetable in salad which is palatable and can use salt and pepper to taste or you can use lemon and vinegar. Flaxseed 25 mg daily in roasted form or you can use flaxseed oil also.
