first of all change your tablet and to have gamer PL2 one morning and one evening before breakfast before lunch or dinner and this will better control in your blood sugar level and then there is a major role of diet o....avoid high carbohydrate foods like cake pastry Puri paratha pizza burger banana mango Chiku full cream milk butter cheese and to have small frequent meal in every 2 hour thank you
