Hello I am a 5 feet 7 inch boy who recently hit the weight of 80 kg and become fat. But I want to become thin and most importantly fit and active which I not in present. I am a vegetarian person. So tell me what should be my diet chart from morning to night? And what exercise I should do? Please describe in detail.

Hi lybrate-user, certainly at your age and with your height - you should have been within 70 kg of body weight and at 80 kg that would mean roughly 10 kg more than normal weight. Now the generic prescription would be to have lower caloric diets and to increase your activity to burn more calories each day - but then everyone knows that and still people can not control their weight. We need to learn more about your diet, activity, medical, family history to be able to guide you properly. For now: stick to plant based whole foods: vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lentils and beans and shun all processed, packaged, fast and junk foods. Best wishes,
