Hello, Kabita, Sugar is a refined product high in sucrose, calorie and empty of nutrients. It is not harmful to all. But if you want to avoid it, then, take healthy, substitute of sweetening agents like honey, jaggery or molasses, dates etc. You should do it according to your body need.
