Hi Doctor, I'm newly married, having first time sex. I have pricking pain during penetration and unable to proceed with the intercourse further. I don't have any other problem apart from the above mentioned, pain gets relieved if I stop doing the penetration and to and fro motion. I use castor oil as lubricant. I'm planing for a baby, kindly provide me guidance to get out of the pain. Thanks,

Hi I understood your concern this is a common condition in newly married couple called as vaginismus. This condition affects a woman's ability to engage in vaginal penetration, including sexual intercourse, manual penetration. This is the result of an involuntary vaginal muscle spasm, which makes any kind of vaginal penetration painful or impossible. This is due to your fear, guilt and insecurity. Please be relax it will resolve in few days. No need of lubricant and all, once you do regular sex it will go automatically thanks.
