I am going gym from last 3 years and using bike riding, now I have lower back pain, when I ride bike or going gym, what should I do? I should stop gym and bike riding?

Hello lybrate user Your back pain arises at particular positions as you have mentioned. according to my suggestion you must wear contoured lumbosacral belt while bike riding and in gym you can do cardio program instead of abs crunches, etc. firstly take proper treatment of back pain relief by qualified physio follow by some stretching & relaxing back exercises. once pain relief then do strength improving exercises. secondly you will able to do gym exercises.
