Sir. I am feeling tiredness all time. And when m sleeping my hand have no sense and feel like some current .I think no blood circulation that time in my hand . & in morning my legs have some type of pain or tired . I feel no energy in my whole body. And now my competitive exam are coming close. Please sir help me. And suggest me what to do. Please.
