I am 29 years old. My weight is 65 kgs. Waist is 33 inches. I want to build my body muscular. Please suggest me how much protein should I take every day? I exercise 1.75 hours a day.

Your ideal protein intake should be about 75 g of protein. Look for varied protein sources.
