I'm underweight, age-29, weight-51, height-175 cm. U advised me not to sleep during day time after taking meal or else it will lead to just fat. I need to increase my weight to 75 kg corresponding to my height, I'm about to increase my weight 5 kg per month. Then , how can I make sure my body muscle mass alone is increasing after doing some exercises having taken my meal?
