Unfortunately, within this 3 months I put on 5 kg weight. Due to sedentary life. I noticed my body got unshaped and I want to shape it. For that I started doing mild exercise but by doing some exercise I got fatigue and palpitation. Even with 30 second of exercise I got fatigue. Please guide me.

Instead of doing intensive exercises go for milk ones like brisk walking/ yoga which will help you lose weight & shape up without getting fatigued or hurt. You may also do some lifestyle modifications to remain active- Take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of taking transport.
