M 58 years old, fr last 3 months m noticing an change in my sex life, though I have enjoyed my married life to full extent, but dis change is whether curable r not. I am a diabetic with 140/120 sugar levels. My problem which m noticing fr last 3/4 months is erection half of the penis (back part) is fully erected, but the front part around half of the penis has no sensitivity.
