There are medicines which claim weight loss like phytolecca berry. However, the results are not sure.
The sure shot way to losing weight and maintaining is to eat small frequent meals i. E. To eat every 2-3 hours, avoid eating out on regular basis, work out 5 times a week minimum and drink 2.5 -4 litres of water everyday. Stay healthy:)
Mr. Lybrate-user, phytolecca berry is claimed to be useful in weight reduction. But clinical evidence is hardly there. There are no specific clinical trials showing the beneficial effect. So if one wants to try it is left on the belief that this medicine works.
