Sir/Madam I eat do much food but my weight is not increase. Sir I feel tired with small workout . I think that warm/kide in my stomach. It stopped my growth. What I do to remove these from my stomach. Thank you.

Hi, tk, plenty of water. Go for meditation. Tk, banana with hot milk in d breakfast. Add ghee in lunch. Tk, apples, carrots, cheese, milk, almonds, spinach, pumpkins. Eggs, fish homoeo med: @ thuja occ 30-6 pills, thrice @ cina 1000-6 pills, wkly. Your diet b protein rich on time. Tk care.
