Hi! , I sit in one place for more time in a day in my shop, since 2 months my back has started paining severely, and feeling difficulty in co-ordinating my legs while walking. Please guide, thank you.

choose a chair that comfortably supports your spine. sit erect always. do not lean forward during work. choose an appropriate table to avoid leaning forward, place your thighs completely supported in chair, place your foot completely resting on floor, do relax from chair periodically, follow general mobility exercises before starting work, walking or swimming are best exercises to mobilise all your joints.
