Dear Lybrate team, good day! kindly note since many months my both leg toe pains especially in the morning when I woke up like something current after sometime ok but my left leg toe pains and when put pressure with thumb to heel point it's pains. I have done uric test normal full body check up all ok little bit triglycerides increased 168 yes I can say my weight is gaining presently 83 kgs height 5, 7 inch. So please suggest corrective measures and steps to cure it.
