I Have acidity problem. Many people suggest not to eat curd as the natural sourness of curd might generate acidity more. Is it true? Should I not have curd?

Hello lybrate-user curd does not cause acidity, oily spicy food does. Drink plenty of water and avoid spicy oily outside food and do regular 30 min exercise. Regards.
