Hello , I have asthma from childhood, in childhood it was in high intensity. But as I grown up, it reduced. But still when Its winter, or my stomach is full after dinner, when I get tired climbing stairs or running, or due to suffocation in bath, I get breath problem in al this situations sometimes, and I take rotahaler with aerocort capsule and I get easily calm down in seconds. So its habit of it now. Is it harmful in future?
