You have to do some modification in your diet & excercise. You can lose your weight upto 3-5 kg in a month by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of high gi foods, simple carb like rice, refind flour products, unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, tea, coffee, sugary products & sugary drinks.
