Your weight 61 kg is normal. If your backache is not severe then you should do back bending extension exercises regularly. Use a comparatively tough mattress instead of thick spongy or springy ones. Do not bend forwards and avoid lifting heavy objects. If you follow this routinely then there should be regression of your pain and it will prevent any possible pressure on your spinal roots in future. An xray of lumbosacral part of vertebral column will help in finding any space reduction between the vertebrae and possibility of root friction with the discs due to prolapse.
