I am 38 years male. I had done blood test 6 months back which showed creatinine of 1.1 and blood urea 50. I got ultrasound of kidneys and found no issues in them. Today I did my blood tests again and it showed 46 urea and 1.1 creatinine. I am planning to start a health course where I have to consume lot of proteins (whey and eggs etc). My questions are- 1) are my results normal, is there something to worry 2) can I start a high protien diet for weight loss and getting in shape as per advice of nutritionist.
