I am 56 years old and type-2 diabetic patient. I used to take glycinorm od 30 twice in a day and under 5 mg once in a day. My recent glucose fasting test report is 97 while hba1c is 5.6 and triglyceride is 167. I am also taking roseday-20 tab at bed time. My weight is 68 kg and height is 164 cm. Now, may I take glycinorm od 30 once in a day instead of two considering the above report.

If you are not having any side effects like hypoglycemia, you should continue with the same treatment. Because if you reduce the dose, the chances are that blood sugar will creep up again. Also your triglyceride is high so, you should make life style modifications (low calorie diet & exercise) to bring it down.
