Sometime around april, I was feeling hot internally, I also had a lot of headaches too. I was treating malaria and typhoid at the time, after my treatment I wasn't feeling better. So I checked my blood pressure and found out it was a little high. So I was given some drugs and I also got some advice on living a more healthy lifestyle. After taking the drugs and adhering to the lifestyle advise, my blood pressure was normalized, and I was fine. But after a few weeks i'm getting the symptoms again. And I don't know what to do.

Monitor your blood pressure twice a week in case. May be you require to check again /do blood work to rule out typhoid. Take a balance diet in case of any queries get back to me.
