Mam, my name is sujit, and I am toe walker, my age is now 34 years. I correct to my toe walking position to heal walking, but sometimes I loose balance and unconsciously my heal does not touch surface when walking, its give me inferiority complex. Also I am very much shy when walking in some one because toe walking. please advice mam what to do. Also my both leg very painful, after walking 1 km. Here I attached my right leg x ray.

Hello sir, you can go for a modified footwear where you can wear a cushion under the heel covering the gap of 1-3 inches so that the heel will automatically touch the ground. If it is severe tightness or contracture involved in the tendo achilles (ta) then we can stretch that regularly which will help the tendon to get stretch and which helps the movement of the ankle better. It also enhances the blood circulation to the tendon and you definitely become better over the period of time. You can also do some ankle exercises regularly which helps you to become better.
