Hello doctor, for years i've been experiencing nightfall every month or every two weeks. I've been suffering from it for two years and I really want to solve the problem and sleep better without waking up with embarrassing wetness. Which is natural and it's fine and it's actually quite healthy, but I feel very bad about it, it bothers me in the morning, lowers my motivation, affects my functioning during the day and affects my concentration and success. For years I haven't watched content that triggers nightfall and it still happens i've seen a lot of videos on youtube that say you have to do so many things to get rid of nightfall and it's very confusing to me, id really appreciate it if you could tell me what specific and main things I should do and take so that I will definitely solve this problem permanently, I want to sleep better and with a feeling better and without any fear. And solve the problem permanently. I would be very happy if you could help me with this. Thank.
