Am 28 years old, weight 69 kg, bp 130/70 I was diagnosed with iga nephropathy, stage 2, 30% kidney damage, I visited multiple doctors and they all gave me different medications, I decided to stick with only one, and some of my questions they answered vaguely and am panicking. While 70% of kidney is functioning, theres a possibility of renal failure, how many years can it take for renal failure to occur in me if I take my medications, and good diet, also can you please suggest the best diet.
