When I make a fist in one hand, I am unable to bend my wrist more then maybe 30 degrees. I feel a pain in my forearm, and if I push my fist down with my other hand, I feel a stretch along the back of my pointer and middle finger. Is this an issue, or is there a stretch I can perform to fix this?
