I am 22 year old female and having pain in heart first it was pin point on left side of my heart can be felt at back but now it is felt in slightly right side of chest also I have done my ecg it show st _t wave abnormality I have taken medicines from 3 different doctors also done my cbc report but I does not feel good it is increasing now another problem is I feel sinking of heart with fever with the reduction in pain fever also reduces what should I do.
