Can dry surface transmit hiv after contaminated with infected blood for about 10 days after that blood dried but I come into contact with that place where blood was already dry for about 10 days can I get hiv infection.

No, not at all. Hiv virus becomes damaged and become inactive immediately in dry surface. Once inactive ,hiv is dead and no longer infectious.
