I am suffering from constipation since last 4 months my constipation goes and come back again from last 4 months every 1 month I got one time constipation.

You need to do lifestyle modification. Increase amount of fiber in diet by taking whole-wheat bread, unrefined cereals, plenty of fruit and vegetables. You can also take fiber supplements like psyllium. Drink about 1.5 - 2 l of water per day. Exercise regularly (at least 30 mins per day).
