I am 29 year old. I want to know ome tips to be fit and healthy in summer season. It is too high temperature outside. Whole day working makes too tired.

Drink a glass of water with lemon and table salt twice daily. Take glucon- d powder 4 tsf daily. Take light diet with seasonal fruits such as water melon and cucumber (kheera and kakadi) avoid going outdoors until very neccesary.

1-avoid to take deep fried and spicy food. 2-take easily digestible light food contains leafy vegetables which are more watery e. G. Lauki, taroi, tinda etc. And use seasonal fruits kakadi, kheera, kharbooj and tarbooj. 3-drink at least 5litter fresh ro treated water. 4-use umbrella, goggle on going to outside.
