Sir I am feeling weakness. I also spits a lot what to do .i cannot concentrate on study.

Take Ginger piece. 10gm crush it and boil it 250 ml. Water on mild heat. When it become 100 ml, Sip it slowly like as tea. Take this morning and at bed time for three weeks. Avoid all cold food like Dahi, chhach,Rice and citrous food.

I think you have constipation, remove it. Drink at least 3 litter fresh water Avoid bakery and spicy food. Take fresh leafy vegetables in your diet.
