Hi, this is vikky, age 23, here I have issue with penis frenulum. I want to get some frenulectomy surgery to reduce the pain while having sex. I am getting physical pain and it costing early ejaculation. Please suggest me what to do and side effects about the surgery.

Hello-"phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin or short frenulum.
