I am 51 years old, I got neck and shoulder pain from past 25 days, and consulted a doctor he suggested to do the mri scan after as per scanning report and he has given tablets for 25 day course and suggested to do some excise, mri report details given below. He suggest don't ride bike and long journey. I working employees my office 40 kilometer from my house, now I am go by bus. My question is how time it will take for curing, please suggest for mri report. 1.posterior and left centro lateral disc protrusion at c5-c6 level with indentation over the thecal sac, spinal cord and left side nerve root 2.posterior disc protrusion at c6 -c7 level with indentation over the thecal sac and spinal cord. 3.posterior disc bulges at c3-c4 and c5 -c6 levels with indentation over the thecal sac. 4.cervical spondylosis.
